When Jack Link's was expanding its operations with a brand-new $450 million plant, they partnered with KEES, whose high-quality HVAC solutions shared Jack Link's dedication to excellence.

Known for their beef jerky, Jack Link's has grown from a small family business in Minong, Wisconsin, into a nationwide snacking powerhouse. With multiple production facilities across the Midwest, Jack Link's decided to expand by building a new plant in Perry, Georgia. They needed a partner to help get the plant safely up and running, and chose KEES, a fellow Wisconsin-based, family-owned company known for its world-class custom HVAC solutions.

Project Requirements

To outfit a $450 million, state-of-the-art food production facility, KEES supplied Jack Link's with eleven custom-built drop box diffusers. Drop box diffusers ensure optimal air distribution throughout the plant, and KEES customized the boxes to meet Jack Link's unique needs. That included building two stainless steel boxes, sized at 66"x66", designed to endure the strict sanitary environment of processed food production, including daily washdowns.

Thanks to flexible infrastructure from KEES, their units manufactured and shipped out in just four weeks, Jack Link's was able to stay on schedule and open the doors of their Parry plant in June of 2025.

Why KEES

Massive food production facilities require HVAC solutions that can withstand the rigors of safety processes, constant sanitation and heavy use. KEES is committed to building high-quality solutions customized to the needs of our clients.

For this project, we built drop box diffusers in a variety of sizes and materials to match Jack Link's specific requirements. Thanks to our custom HVAC solutions, the plant can operate at maximum efficiency and safety for years to come.
